Taiwo Cole, the spouse of Actress and Comedian Wofai Ewa, has responded to claims that his family disapproved of his marriage. The well-known Cole family from Victoria Island, Lagos, released a statement on Saturday distancing themselves from their son's recent purported traditional marriage to Wofai Ewa. They stated that they were unaware of the marriage plans and did not provide consent or support. However, Taiwo, sharing his wedding photos on Instagram, emphasized his commitment to his chosen partner, stating, "I have found a great wife and I stand by my decision." Wofai also addressed the controversy surrounding their marriage on her Instagram page, simply stating, "Let love guide us."
